Pastor Erv is the founder and Executive Director of the Lutheran Evangelism Association - Prayer Family International. In this capacity, he has conducted hundreds of witness workshops in the United States, Canada, and India (where he also helped set up a printed word witness outreach). The Workshops are designed to help those who feel they are too shy or timid to be in an organized witness program, but would like to share their faith in non-structured every day situations.
